LOCATION:

Mbabane, Swaziland

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Chief Executive Officer will have responsibility and authority for the overall operating and financial performance of the organisation, providing effective leadership to the management team to develop and grow the business.

 

 

KEY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • A graduate, ideally with an advanced business qualification such as an MBA
  • At least 5 to 10 years experience in a senior management position with a proven track record of sound leadership of an organisation employing at least 400 people
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry will be an advantage
  • Preference will be given to suitable qualified and experienced Swazi Nationals

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Provide strategic management and direction to the Corporation
  • Oversee the entire budgeting, costs and efficiency management
  • Transform the Corporation to meet contemporary telecommunications industry standards
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Implement business processes re-engineering and enhance the operational efficiency of the Corporation
  • Oversee the governance of the Corporation
  • Ensure service effectiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organisation by creating an ethos of excellence and continual improvements in all activities
