JOB LOCATION: Johannesburg

REPORTS TO: Shareholder

 

SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY: Lead and drive the growth of a sustainable revenue-generating business, with an emphasis on selling a specific, proprietary suite of Talent Management (Assessment and Development) tools to EXCO-level and key decision makers within client organisations, and creating and driving the execution and facilitation of the resultant development programmes within those organisations.

GROUP BACKGROUND: The business was established in 2014 as an entity to meet growing demand for a specific set of Assessment and Development tools in the South African and Sub-Saharan African market. The Assessment and Development tools are based upon a global platform which has a 40 year track record and which has been tried and tested in the Southern African market with positive results and feedback

 KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

·          Ideally a qualified Clinical or Industrial Psychologist

·          Strong interest and experience in Organisational Design and Leadership Development gained either in a human capital consulting or an in-house capacity

·          A proven track record of both developing and executing new business, initiating and managing sustainable relationships with the leadership of corporate entities of varying sizes across different industry sectors

 KEY JOB PERFORMANCE AREAS:

·          Must possess the drive to take ownership of building a new business from the ground up into a significant revenue generator

·          Must possess the gravitas and credibility required to sell at a senior level and to become a trusted adviser to organisations

·          The ability to identify and develop opportunities within potential clients and to on-sell further work within existing clients
