Company Background:
The Group is a Multi-National fast moving consumer goods business
Position Summary:
Assume responsibility and authority for the effective leadership and profitable management of the South African subsidiary company so as to achieve a financial performance which is in line with agreed group objectives
Key Attributes Required:
- Graduate calibre
- At least fifteen years experience, five of which must have been at a general management level in the fast moving consumer goods sector
- Should have managed a staff complement of at least 20 people and have been responsible for an annual turnover of at least R100 million.
- Experience of operating within the structure of a multinational organisation would be advantageous
