SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY:

Assume responsibility and authority for building and maintaining the various  brands under the umbrella of the Group in South Africa. Particular emphasis will be on: co-creating and implementing a vision, strategic direction and momentum to build on and deliver the potential of the various brands within the Group, growing the Brand and Credibility and ultimately the number of students.

KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• Must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s degree, a Master of Business Administration or similar professional qualification would be advantageous
• A minimum of six years’ experience in an executive leadership role
• Commercially and financial astute
• Must have been responsible for annual revenue over R800 million
• Must demonstrate a track record of success of businesses achievement and growth
• Must have managed multi-site operations and proven capabilities in enhancing operational efficiencies
• Must have managed a staff complement of at least 800 employees
• Must demonstrate experience in negotiations and 3rd party contract management
• Personal gravitas and comfort in spanning executive interaction down to hands-on engagement
