SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY:

Responsibility and authority for the formulation and implementation of an Operational Strategy in order to achieve the organisation’s overall operations targets. As a core member of the Supply Chain Management & Operations Leadership team. The executive will oversee the daily operations and provide strategic input to assist the company in realising its vision and mission. Through appropriate structures the Executive will manage and provide guidance to the areas of Production (Operations), Quality Assurance, Customer Services and end to end Supply Chain management.

KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• At least ten to fifteen years’ experience in the management of industrial activities, including logistics, services, quality, production operations and supply chain
• Must have element of electronics / electro-mechanical assembly background
• At least ten years managing at least three operational disciplines
• Experience of building, developing and leading high calibre teams and implementing team management by clearly defined goals, strategies and objectives
• The ability to communicate and operate effectively across local and international cultures
• Lean Manufacturing /Six Sigma  experience will be and advantage
• SAP system experience
• Open-minded, strong team-oriented individual who works collaboratively

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Graduate with Engineering (Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical)
• An MBA is preferred
