SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY:

To assume responsibility and leadership for the direction, management and performance of the human resources department. Particular emphasis will be on: planning and directing the delivery of transactional & transformational human resources services, including leadership development, talent management, transformation, organisational design and development, performance management and reward, employee branding, learning & development and culture and industrial relations in support of the strategic objectives and vision for the firm

KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • At least fifteen years’ experience in Human Resources Management, of which 5 years must be in a senior management capacity covering both operational and strategic human resources functions, within the services industry (ideally professional services).
  • Must display an affinity to systems and proven track record of driving change and transformation in an environment that is moving through a ‘step change’. Experience in developing policies and formulating strategies, with experience in business improvement initiatives, agility and project cycle management
  • Extensive experience at Executive Committee and Board level and proven track record in building successful teams.
