SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY: 

This position will lead, manage and co-ordinate the Supply Chain Strategy for the facility through World Class Manufacturing Principles in a safe and efficient manner. 

Direct executive of the Supply Chain function to enable the supply chain to function as a single synchronised network within Plants and support Business continuity. 

Enhance supply chain performance within the Plants by pro-actively engaging with stakeholders on multiple levels and supporting intra-functional integration (demand management execution, category management, operations Support)

Responsible for demand accuracy and quality by aggregating and analysing demand, challenge and influencing Plants and end-users when required
 

KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• 10-12 year’s experience in Supply Chain environment as a Senior Manager with 5 year’s people management experience
• Good working and execution experience in World Class Asset Care – Lean Manufacturing Practices and knowledge of the TRACC methodology will be an advantage
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent in engineering or technical subject
• Six Sigma Certification and Senior management or leadership qualification an advantage
• GCC/Government Ticket
