SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY:

The Group Chief Executive Officer will assume ultimate responsibility for providing strategic leadership to the business, directing the organisation to remain innovative, competitive, and socially responsible, while supporting South African economic transformation goals.

KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• At least 20 years post-qualifying progressive leadership experience, with at least 10 years in executive-level roles within complex, multi-dimensional organisations, ideally in Digital, ICT, Technology, or transformation-intensive environments. 
• Demonstrated track record in leading and scaling large, complex organisations with annual turnover exceeding R1.5 billion, including accountability for multi-business P&L, capital allocation, and enterprise-wide performance delivery
• Significant executive leadership experience within the Technology / Service Integrator or Professional / Advisory Services organisation. Deep understanding of platform business models, multi-sided markets, data monetisation, and ecosystem design
• Success in leading large-scale organisational transformation, including business model shifts, platform-based operating structures, and digital enablement. 
• Commercial experience essential, with added technical experience an added advantage
• Experience across both the public sector and commercial markets is advantageous

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Engineering, Technology, or a relevant discipline is required. 
• Master of Business Administration (MBA), or completion of a reputable Executive Development Programme is strongly preferred
