POSITION: Managing Partner
NATURE OF BUSINESS: Leadership Advisory Services
JOB LOCATION: Johannesburg, Gauteng
REPORTING TO: Managing Director

 

SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY: 
The Managing Partner is responsible for leading the leadership development business, with an emphasis on revenue generation and client acquisition, while engaging with Senior Management and overseeing the design, execution, and facilitation of tailored leadership and development programs.

 

KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
At least fifteen years’ experience in both strategic human resources and business leadership roles
Strong interest and experience in Organisational Design and Leadership Development, gained either through human capital consulting or an in-house capacity
Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive business growth and develop and execute new strategies
Highly ambitious and results-driven
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high levels of sophistication and EQ
 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or Organisational Development 
  • A Masters in Business Administration, or a related field would be an advantage
