SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY: 

The Chief Executive is responsible for the overall strategic direction of a Private Company with the objective of creating value by improving business performance according to the investment thesis. The overarching purpose of the role is to achieve the maximum return on invested capital for shareholders, while mitigating investment risk. The role requires an uncompromising focus on achievement of the value creation plan for the Company, clarity about what drives value in the business and ensures communication in all areas of the organisation have both a strategic and operational focus.

KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: 

• A minimum of 15 years’ experience in the consumer packaging goods industry within a manufacturing environment, with broad knowledge of commercial, revenue management, plant operations and vertical manufacturing
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale organisations with substantial revenue and workforce size.
• Possess the capability to analyse market trends, highlight new opportunities, and build creative strategies to foster market development and drive growth in line with strategic growth targets and shareholder returns
• Strong collaborator skilled in engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Proven change management expertise with the ability to align teams to drive major change management initiatives, fostering a culture that challenges existing ideas that facilitate continuous improvement
• Experience working with Private Equity ownership structure or listed environment and M&A experience is preferential

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post graduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Finance, Economics and Business Administration or equivalent)
• Registration with a Professional body is ideal
