SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY: 

Assume responsibility and accountability for the effective and efficient management of the day-to-day operations and Information Technology function within the Group. Oversee a diverse portfolio of responsibilities encompassing critical areas of IT infrastructure and digital transformation. This would includes leading initiatives for network and firewall enhancements, orchestrating seamless M365 user workstreams, spearheading Azure/Cloud migration projects, and driving forward digital transformation efforts. Your expertise and leadership in these areas will be pivotal in ensuring robust and future-ready technological solutions.

KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• Extensive and successful tactical capability and leadership with a proven track record of at least 10 -15 years’ relevant experience of which 5 years’ must be at a senior managerial level in Information Technology
• Proven track record in Information Technology management, with a broad level of skills across various areas including Infrastructure, Network, Firewall, M365, Azure platform, Microsoft Dynamics and CRM platforms.
• Experience in the financial services sector ideally insurance and wealth management and insurance industry
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge in the following areas is critical and essential to the role:
  • IT Management with proven upgrade project management experience
  • Moving from on Premise to Cloud with SAAS and Azure knowledge
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Enterprise Architecture end-to-end
  • Knowledge and understanding of ICT infrastructure management including, network, firewalls, security and disaster recovery planning
  • ICT management in relation to strategic alignment, value delivery, resources and risk management
  • IT service management
  • ICT and Data governance
  • ICT Project management and delivery
  • Contracts and Procurement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with a Masters or MBA (preferable). Microsoft Azure Architecture Certification and Microsoft Business Applications Specialist including Dynamics 365 and CRM
